What does Butterfly Quadrant actually do?

We help founders and business leaders close the gap between what they intend and what their organisations, teams, and agencies actually hear and act on. In practice that means diagnostic conversations, communications strategy, narrative architecture, 

briefing frameworks, and in some cases long-term fractional partnerships where we sit close to leadership and help translate decisions into aligned action.

The work looks different depending on where the gap is. The starting point is always the same; finding out what's actually being said versus what's meant to be said.

How do I know if I need this?

A few signals worth paying attention to: 

your strategy makes sense on paper but the organisation isn't moving in the same direction. 

You've briefed an agency more than once and walked away feeling like something essential didn't land. 

You know what you're building but can't seem to say it in a way that travels.
